Genealogy is tracing yourself back to better people. Most members of our family trace history so they will know whom to blame. After all, it's hard to be humble with ancestors like ours. Friends come and go, but relatives tend to accumulate, so if you go back far enough, we're all related. That is the true theory of relativity (sorry Einstein)
